How is Sky installed?
Sky is set up on the floor as it is a floor lamp.
Is Sky a wireless product? How is it operated?
Sky also has a solar-powered version, which is wireless, which makes it very convenient and popular in the outdoor series.
What happens if the rattan gets wet?
When natural rattan gets wet, it absorbs moisture, which can cause the fibers to swell, stretch out, weaken, and eventually warp or rot.
Structural Weakening: Rattan is a dried plant fiber. When saturated, the fibers soften, causing the weave to sag or permanently distort if weight is applied.
Mold and Mildew: Natural rattan absorbs and holds onto water. If it doesn’t dry out quickly in the sun and fresh air, it will develop mold, leaving fuzzy spots and musty odors.
Rot and Decay: Prolonged or repeated exposure to heavy rain and moisture will cause the fibers to break down and rot over time.
If left damp, it quickly becomes a breeding ground for mold and mildew. Our Sky collection uses high-quality synthetic (resin) rattan that has been specially treated for outdoor use. It is completely waterproof and will not be affected by moisture, humidity, or exposure to water.
Does Sky provide sufficient lighting on the floor?
Sky provides an ambient lighting effect, casting a subtle illumination on the floor. For those desiring a gentle radiance, the warm white variant emitting at 3000K is recommended.

Yes, Sky is an outdoor floor lamp with an IP65 rating, which makes it waterproof.
Can I order a customized finish of Sky?
