Installation:

Most of our chandeliers are easy to install and include a detailed installation guide in every package. We will also send the installation instructions in the tracking information email. To ensure your safety, we always recommend hiring an electrician to install your lighting.

Maintenance:

Metal: Avoid placing lamps in environments with high humidity or temperature, such as air-conditioned or heated rooms, to prevent rust and extend their lifespan.

Stone: For materials like marble or onyx, clean any stains promptly to prevent them from penetrating the stone and leaving permanent marks.

Crystal/Glass: Use a feather duster or a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe down the surface, preserving the clarity of the crystal or glass.

Fabric: Use a feather duster or similar tool to remove dust. Avoid washing with water to prevent damage.
