Can I customize the hanging length of Halo?
Yes, the Halo chandelier comes with 12″ + 12″ + 6″ (30 cm + 30 cm + 15 cm) hanging rods by default (you can adjust the height by removing 1 or 2 hanging rods to make it shorter). However, in case you require a longer customized length, please email us at [email protected] once you have placed the order with the order ID, so we can customize it for you.
Do you have any other finish options for Halo?
Yes, we provide white finish caster as shown below, if you prefer the white finish, please leave a note at checkout or contact us at [email protected].
Can it be installed on an angled/slanted ceiling?
Yes, it is possible. However, we will need to know the length of both sides of the metal rods to balance the fixture on a slanted ceiling.
