Stefano is hard-wired onto the ceiling with a ceiling base.
Is Stefano a dimmable product?
Yes, it is possible to dim Stefano . The chandelier comes with non-dimmable E14 LED bulbs. However, if you switch to dimmable E14 LED bulbs, you may dim Stefano with your dimmer switch.
Does Stefano provide sufficient lighting on the floor?
Yes, the product offers different wattages in reference to size. You can select the right combination depending on the area you want to cover. In case you have any concerns about the chandelier, you can email us at [email protected].
Can I customize the height of Stefano?
Yes, our height is adjustable up to 59″ (150CM). However in case you require a customized length, we can do it for you. Please email us at [email protected] once you have placed the order with the order ID, so we can customize the height for you.
Can I order a customized finish for Stefano Chandelier?
We currently have the chrome and gold finish. In case you have any other color requirements, we can customize the finish for you. Feel free to email us at [email protected]

A few crystals arrived broken, but the package comes with extras, so it didn’t affect the overall experience. Installation was standard, took about an hour each, very straightforward. You can do it yourself with basic understanding of electronic wiring. The crystals on the other hand are a whole other thing. Took almost 2 hours to put those up, 2.5 hours for the larger one. It was packaged very well and I had no broken crystals. I also had 10-15 extra crystals which was nice. I will say the most time consuming part was hanging the individual crystals themselves so if you can get an extra hand that would speed up the process. Overall, I am absolutely in love with my new chandelier and can’t wait to have guests over for dinner parties!

Shipping was pretty fast. It is standard electrical wiring. First, install the light fixture, then add all the crystals. It is very heavy once all crystals are installed. Adding all the individual crystals took approx 1 hr. Once you get into a routine, it goes much faster.

Beautiful chandelier! This size was perfect for my “normal” height. They are heavy!! The crystals have to be manually attached individually. It took about 90 minutes for 2 people to install 1 chandelier and attach the crystals. It does come with the bulbs. We setup one with a dimmer. I love it! The pictures don’t do it justice.

I spent 3 hours putting on the crystals. I broke a few in the process. Luckily there are some extras. Then I realize you need to install the chandelier first then hang the crystals as the electrician had a hell of a time getting it up as it doesn’t have a way to hang the chandelier when wiring it up. But overall, it’s a very good quality chandelier, and we love it!
