We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
PROCESSING INFORMATION
We process orders between Monday and Friday. All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days after the date that the order was placed, and shipped out in the next 1-3 business days. During times of high volumes or special circumstances, for example, after large releases or sales such as holidays or Black Friday, please allow up to 7-15 business days to ship.
Note: certain fixtures including customized orders may require longer processing time.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email [email protected] within 12 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must-read ‘CHANGE OF ORDER’ and our team will get back to you shortly.
Once the order is shipped out, it can not be canceled.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Note that if the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Oolighting reserves the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped. If the customer wishes to get a refund on the returned parcel due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, Oolighting reserves the right to deduct the initial shipping/handling costs from the total refund amount.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier if the parcel is not received.
For delivery efficiency, our standard shipping does not require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer signature-required delivery, you may request it after placing your order by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “Signature Required.” A small service fee of 3–5% of the order total will apply.
Please note that for all orders, the risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced on the customer’s property after delivery, and such cases are not eligible for a refund.
Please note that Oolighting is not responsible for replacing or refunding any packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, are refused by the customer (including refusal or failure to clear customs, we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped), are left unattended outdoors and subsequently lost or damaged, or fail to be delivered because no one is available to receive them.

SHIPPING TIME
Our standard shipping time is typically 2 to 3 weeks. For oversized items, it may take longer. Shipping times can vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the item. Below are our estimates:

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
*In some cases, your order has been shipped, but you may not have received a tracking number yet. This can happen because our packages go through large distribution centers where they are measured and processed before a tracking number is assigned.
CUSTOMS
Starting April 1st, 2025, we’ll cover customs duties for orders shipped to the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, so most of our products will be delivered directly to your doorstep, and in most cases, you won’t need to pay anything extra. However, in rare instances, customs fees may apply. If you’re in a different region, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
Though we will try our best to lower your customs duties or fees as much as possible*, we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.
* The price label on the package is for customs, please feel free to contact us if you need an order summary or an invoice.
* To ensure our products, especially those with fragile components, arrive safely and compactly, we have customized the packaging for some products for long-distance shipping.
