How is Melt installed?
Melt is hard-wired with a ceiling base. Full installation instructions will be provided for each order.
What is the Emitting Color?
Our standard Melt heads come with warm light (3000K) bulbs. If you require cool or neutral light bulbs, please leave us a note at checkout or reach out to us at [email protected], and we will customize your order accordingly for free.
Is Melt dimmable?
No, the default Melt pendant comes with a non-dimmable warm light bulb. However, we can customize it for you or you can use your own dimmable bulbs to make the chandelier dimmable.
If you prefer to adjust both the light color ( cool white 6000K, neutral 4500K, and warm white 3000K) and the brightness (from 0-100%) using the remote control, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
How to differentiate glass Melt and acrylic/PVC Melt?
We provide both glass and acrylic/PVC Melt heads. The Glass Melt pendant has a synthetic line on the surface. It’s hardly noticeable from a distance, but upon closer inspection, it is visible. Please check the images below, or check the video via the link. The glass Melt head is heavier and produces a clear, crisp sound when tapped. Please check the video via the link.
The acrylic/PVC one, comes from a mold, resulting in a seamless surface except for a very small melt mark. The small melt mark that occurs naturally during the molding process is a normal and expected part of its production and does not affect the lamp’s performance or aesthetic appeal.

What is the base type of the Melt pendant?
Our standard Melt Light comes with a warm-light Flat bulb featuring an E27/E26 base as shown below. If you require natural light, white light, dimmable compatibility with your wall dimmer, or step-less dimming with a remote, please contact us at [email protected].
For single-emitting light colors (Warm Light, Cold Light, Neutral Color) or customized step-less dimming with a remote, a flat bulb with an E27/26 base will be included. If you prefer wall dimming, our customized Melt pendant light comes with a G45 (15cm / 20cm) or T64 (28cm / 38cm / 50cm) shaped Edison tungsten filament bulb with an E27 base. Those bulbs create a great lighting effect for Melt. You can also replace them with any bulb that has an E27/E26 base.
Can I adjust the hanging length for the Melt chandelier?
Yes! The hanging length of the Melt chandelier is adjustable. If you need to extend the hanging length, please reach out to us at [email protected], we will customize it for you for free.
Can I request customizations for the Melt chandelier?
The Melt chandelier is available in different finishes, sizes, and light colors. If you require customizations, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our customization options include the finish, the shape of the chassis (round vs rectangle), the hanging length extension, and the number of lights.
Can I order a single-head Melt pendant?

Can I install Melt on an angled/slanted ceiling?
Yes, you can install Melt on a slanted ceiling. If you have any concerns or require recommendations, please reach out to us at [email protected].

It did take a week to arrive, but after replacing the driver, I realized the issue was with the wall dimmer. Once I replaced the dimmer switch, the light was back up and running majestically!
